Slow flow is great for newbies and well-practised alike. These classes are light and creative, but slower paced and gentler than our other flow classes.

 Postures are connected together to form sequences and are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower, focusing on alignment and technique. 
class A great class to build confidence for newbie's or to get back to basics for frequent yogi's
