The central concept of Pilates training is strengthening the core of the body – the deep abdominal muscles, buttock muscles and the muscles around the spine. Hot Yoga Etiquette

Please come on an empty stomach (don’t eat 2/3 hours before class) and well hydrated (drink at least one litre of water before and after class).
Wear light clothes; anything heavy or baggy will be uncomfortable. Shorts and a t-shirt would be suitable.

This is a creative and energetic class based on the principles of Vinyasa Flow.Vinyasa Flow Yoga links the postures practiced in a regular Yoga class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a more vigorous series. Flow Yoga involves moving from one posture to another with very little rest in between. This will naturally build heat and work to strengthen the body and release tension.

Welcome to the first Hot yoga studio in Lucan. Barefoot Yoga invites you to transform your body and mind!

We offer a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga styles practiced in a room heated to 35C. The heat allows students to work deeper into the tissues, tendons and ligaments, safely leading to improved flexibility, strength and blood circulation, while simultaneously detoxifying the body. Our yoga students are men and women of all ages, from newcomers to experienced yogis.

By using playful games, imaginative techniques and a variety of props and story-telling, yoga has been completely redesigned with the child in mind.
