The Yoga for Fertility Workshop is designed for individuals or couples who are trying to conceive, either naturally or through assisted reproductive technology. The class environment is small, personal and supportive. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

What to expect?

A nurturing, supportive workshop where you will learn:Tara (2) (Custom)
  • How yoga can support your hormonal cycle and reproductive health.
  • Pranayama – yoga breathing techniques to help soothe and calm the body’s nervous system
  • Fertility yoga practice – gentle yoga postures and practices for fertility
  • Specific meditations, visualisations, and healing relaxations to activate the body’s ‘Relaxation Response’
  • Gentle yoga practices for connection and grounding
  • Restorative yoga to support your nervous system

Reduce the feelings of isolation related to infertility by experiencing support from people who are going through a similar experience. Sharing this day with like-minded people, you will emerge from this workshop feeling renewed, nourished, inspired and utterly supported on your journey, and you will take with you some valuable tools and ideas home with you.

Workshop Facilitator

Tara Devitt is a yoga instructor who specializes in Yoga for Fertility. She has been running Fertility Yoga classes in Barefoot Yoga & Fitness for a number of years with great success. See more at Fertility Yoga.

Tara is founder of Fertility Yoga Ireland and runs regular Fertility Yoga Teacher Training courses for Yoga Teachers. She is passionate about supporting and empowering women and couples going through this difficult journey. She has trained extensively in Fertility Yoga and is also experienced in Pre and Postnatal Yoga, Baby Massage and Yoga for Children.
