Welcome to Barefoot Yoga & Fitness!

Barefoot Yoga & Fitness is a true first for the village of Lucan.Noticing that the area was lacking a fitness studio that brought all aspects of fitness together under one roof, this custom built studio was developed and is the only studio in the area that offers a full range of yoga and fitness classes, from beginner to expert levels.

Also offered at Barefoot Yoga & Fitness are Hot Yoga, Hot Yogalates, Pilates, Boxercise, Kettlebells making Barefoot Yoga & Fitness a pioneer facility in the Yoga and Fitness industry.

All our instructors are fully qualified and experienced and genuinely care for your well-being. We keep our class numbers small enough to know each individual and cater to everyone's needs. Our studios are warm and friendly with a community atmosphere.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or simply relax and unwind, we have a class for you!

Fitness class Why not try one of our class passes. A class pass covers all of our Hot Yoga, Yoga, Pilates and Fitness classes. You can purchase a Pass for 6, 10 or 15 Classes, allowing you to choose a class and a time that suits your lifestyle and schedule. Class passes are available to purchase in the studio or online from our Bookings page.

5 minute Yoga for anxiety by Sinéad McKiernan Yoga is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India. The word Yoga is a Sanskrit word which means to unite. Yoga is practiced worldwide now for health and relaxation combining Pranayama (breathing) and Asanas (postures). In practising Yoga, we gradually awaken to a clearer understanding of who we are. The physical postures open up all the channels in the body so that everything can flow more freely. Focusing on our breath will help to still a busy mind and to bring us into the present moment.
