Welcome to Barefoot Yoga Studio!

Barefoot Yoga Studio is a true first for the village of Lucan. Noticing that the area was lacking a studio that brought all aspects of yoga and fitness together under one roof, this custom built studio was developed and is the only studio in the area that offers a full range of yoga and fitness classes, from beginner to expert levels.

Some of the classes offered at Barefoot Yoga Studio are Hot Yoga, Beginners Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Fitness classes and Mum & Baby classes making Barefoot Yoga Studio a pioneer facility in the industry.

All our instructors are fully qualified and experienced and genuinely care for your well-being. We keep our class numbers small enough to know each individual and cater to everyone's needs. Our studios are warm and friendly with a community atmosphere.

If you have never done yoga before or are feeling that your practice could use a boost, this is the class for you!!! Have you been curious about Yoga but found something holding you back? This is the perfect way to start or continue your practice. Yoga is for everyone. In this highly supportive beginner’s yoga class, you will learn the basics of postures, alignment and breath. Learn strategies to help you practice safely and develop confidence. It is not about concentration, it’s actually about de-concentration. It’s not about focussing one’s thoughts on one thing, but instead on becoming thoughtless.
